마늘처럼 생긴 좁은 구연부에 목이 길며, 몸통에 여덟개의 육각형 모양이 있는 산두병이다.
백색 기면에 푸른색 청화 안료를 사용하여 구연부 아래의 목에는 연꽃잎의 변형인 연판문과 당초문, 보상화를 시문하였고 몸통에는 구체의 여러 부분을 깎아서 만든 여덟 개의 육각형 위에 각각 조금씩 다른 형태의 연꽃과 국화가 그려져 있다. 굽 바닥에는 명나라 영락제(1403~1424) 때 만들었다는 뜻의 '영락년제(永樂年製)'라는 관지(款識)와 국화문이 음각으로 새겨져 있다.
该蒜头瓶窄口蒜头式，长颈，器身呈八个六角形状。
白壁上绘蓝青颜料，口沿部以下颈部绘荷叶的变形莲瓣纹和唐草纹，宝相花纹，腹部为削去球体各个部分后形成的八个六角形，其上绘不同形态的莲花纹和菊花纹。底足阴刻“永乐年制”款识，意为制造于明代永乐帝(1403~1424年) 时期。

On the neck are lotus lappets, floral scrolls, and floral medallions in underglaze blue on the white ground. Peonies and lotus leaves are depicted slightly differently on each hexagon on the body. The base is incised with a chrysanthemum enclosing a seal mark reading Yongle Nian Zhi, meaning the present work was produced in the Yongle era (1403~1424).
