청화백자부터 서각상까지…中 문화유산, 온라인 경매 출품

다보성갤러리 ‘중국 문화유산 온라인 경매’ 총 49점 출품, 18일까지

코끼리 등에 여의가 올라있는 비연호, 무장인물이 그려진 백자까지. 다채로운 중국 문화유산이 경매에 출품된다. 다보성갤러리는 제3회 중국 문화유산 온라인 경매를 오는 11일부터 18일까지 진행한다.

이번 경매에는 ‘원말명초 유리홍연지어문서수사이관’을 비롯해 ‘명가정 청화쏘가리문개관’ ‘청광서 종규문먹’ ‘청 서각상’ ‘청 용문비연호’ 등 다양한 중국 고미술품 49점이 출품됐다.

추정가 1000만~2000만원이 매겨진 '유리홍연지어문서수사이관'은 유리홍 문양을 넣은 당당한 부피감이 있는 청화관으로 몸체 전면을 비늘같은 겹물결 문양으로 채우고 큼직한 잉어 주변에 홍련송이와 물풀잎 모양이 그려져 있다

'명가정 청화쏘가리문개관'은 연봉형 꼭지가 있는 뚜껑을 가진 당당한 청화관이다. 뚜껑과 몸체에 연잎과 물풀이 있는 연못 속 쏘가리가 주제로 그려졌다. 쏘가리인 궐어(?魚)는 궁궐(宮闕)의 궐과 동음이의어 벼슬로 나아감과 궁궐, 임금을 상징한다고 다보성갤러리 측은 설명했다. 목에 명나라 가정제(1522~1566) 때 만들었다는 '대명가정년제(大明嘉靖年製)' 관지가 있다. 추정가는 2000만~3000만원에 새 주인을 찾는다.

출품작들은 경매 기간 다보성갤러리 4층에 전시되어 무료로 관람할 수 있다.

앞서 지난해 11월 열린 제2회 중국 문화유산 경매에는 출품작 40점 중 21점이 팔려 낙찰률 52.5%를 기록했다. 서각에 연못 풍경을 세밀하게 새긴 서각잔, 산수화가 장지탕의 분채산수문천구병, 연한 푸른 빛의 투명한 색감이 아름다운 청백자향로 등이 낙찰됐다.

다보성갤러리는 1983년 창립 이래 40년 동안 인류의 중요 문화유산을 수집해 국공립박물관 및 국내 유수의 사립박물관에 보급해 왔다.

From porcelain adorned with images of elephants to white porcelain featuring armed figures, a diverse array of Chinese cultural heritage is being showcased in an auction. Daboseong Gallery is conducting the 3rd Chinese Cultural Heritage Online Auction from the 11th to the 18th.

Rare pieces spanning from the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, such as 『A ‘lotus pond and fish’ jar in underglaze copper red』, 『A ‘budai heshang’ amber figurine』, 『A ‘dragon’ snuff bottle』, will also be showcased.

The 'A 'Lotus Pond and Fish' Jar in Underglaze Copper Red,' with an estimated value of 10 million to 20 million won, is a bold blue-and-white jar featuring a voluminous shape adorned with a lotus pond and fish pattern in underglaze copper red.

The 'A 'Mandarine Fish' Jar in Underglaze Blue, Ming Dynasty' is an imposing blue-and-white jar with a dome-shaped lid. The lid and body depict a mandarin fish in a lotus pond with leaves and aquatic plants. The mandarin fish symbolizes advancement in the imperial bureaucracy and represents the palace and the king. The jar, made during the Ming Dynasty, bears the mark 'Made in the Jiajing Reign of the Great Ming (1522-1566).' It is estimated to be worth 20 million to 30 million won, seeking a new owner.

 

The exhibited works are displayed on the 4th floor of the Daboseong Gallery throughout the auction period and can be viewed free of charge.

In the previous 2nd China Cultural Heritage Auction held in November last year, out of the 40 items, 21 were sold, achieving a bidding rate of 52.5%. Notable pieces, such as intricately carved lacquerware depicting a pond landscape, a Ming Dynasty porcelain bottle with a landscape painting of mountains and rivers, and a beautiful blue-and-white porcelain incense burner with a delicate transparent hue, were successfully auctioned.

Since its establishment in 1983, Daboseong Gallery has been collecting significant cultural heritage for 40 years, contributing to the dissemination of humanity's important cultural treasures to national museums and reputable private museums in Korea.
